The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable and well-maintained, so we slept well. However, there were some pieces of broken furniture that should be checked. The staff seemed very tired and a bit hard to understand, which made interactions difficult. On a positive note, the pool was amazing—nice and warm! Overall, there were good aspects, but some improvements are definitely needed.

Excellent stay! The restaurant was amazing and the bartender, Poco, is very talented and a great person. The food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding. This hotel is very beautiful. Very nice design and atmosphere, smells great and has a lot to offer. Rooms are huge and very clean. Biggest gym I have seen so far, you can get the perfect full workout. They have a lot of shopping centers nearby as well. Would definitely book again.
