This is not a real hotel. It appears to be a scam that for some reason Hotels.com has chosen not to address. I was forced to pay in full because they demanded $1200 extra for two nights stay in cash for incidentals and I refused to pay. Please don’t get caught up in the scam.

I would not stay again in this hotel. Front desk staff very nice, but they DO NOT have 24*7 front desk staff as they advertise. I stayed 6 nights and they did not change my bedding not even one time during the week. And the bedding linen is not premium as they advertise. Towels are thin and ran down. The room is okay, although I did not find the bed or pillows particularly comfortable. The things taht irritated me the most if the room service - I had to ask every other day for clean cups for the coffee and water. And cleaning was done superficially.
