Very nice property. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, and as an added bonus, they even have several german speaking guest relations employees. And the food is wonderful and very varied. Truly a pearl of the red sea

The Kempinski in soma bay is a beautiful hotel located in a quiet bay with a clean massive sandy beach, azure waters and mountains in the horizon. The service is truly 5 star - everyone was like how do I make the stay special especially staff at the beach and manager at sultan bar (tharos). Loved the stay and will highly recommend.

One of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed at. The staff is absolutely amazing - from the restaurant, the housekeeping to the beach! Special shout out to Amr and Diaa from the beach /beach bar team for going above and beyond to look after us. It is possible to do some snorkeling directly from the beach. The water is crystal clear. The buffet doesn’t leave anything to be desired! If you consider staying in Soma Bay dont bother looking at other hotels- this is by far the best option! True value for money! You get free water in the rooms and on the beach. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you to the entire Team at Kempinski Soma Bay!

Amazing holiday in a wonderful hotel! Loved the beach! Just the kids club and amenities for children to play could be a lot better, this was a bit disappointing. But everything else amazing. We come back next year! Please give the kids a lot more toys especially near the restaurant (that room is empty!!) and put the kids disco half an hour later or the dinner half an hour earlier (early access for families?) as 7 pm is super late. :)

Beautiful location, great service, good food! Beach service is great, towels, drinks, awesome food, even cleaning for the sunglasses. Room Service is spotless every day. We booked a trip from the hotel (thanks pascal from guest relations for the tip!) to luxor which was verry nice and perfect. Thanks Rafik & Gamal for the service every morning and night and the whole team. The whole team is happy to help, ask about your day and seem to care a lot. Hopefully we come back soon!

It took around 40mins to check in which was far too long. I was allocated the room I had booked and was only given the room upgrade when I pointed out this was part of the VIP Expedia access. The hotel and facilities were great especially the pool and beach area and the staff were very helpful and nice
