A bit of a mess, information on the Hotels. website does not correspond to the actual situation, you come to a closed door where there is a phone number to call, it is just not answered when you call, We walked around the town of Soltau, it is very nice, so the wait for someone to show up at the reception passed easily. WiFi was non-existent and completely unusable, There is room for improvement on all parameters. Pet friendly is a big plus.

Hotelbewertung (10.04.–12.04.) Die Lage des Hotels ist gut – die Innenstadt ist schnell erreichbar, zudem sind Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Eingangsbereich wirkt durch die dunkle Gestaltung jedoch wenig einladend. Unser Dreibettzimmer war von der Größe her in Ordnung, da wir es nur zum Schlafen genutzt haben. Ein sehr kleines TV-Gerät war vorhanden, wurde von uns aber nicht genutzt. Leider ist das gesamte Interieur stark veraltet. Die drei Einzelbetten waren deutlich abgenutzt, teils mit Schrauben fixiert und knarrten bei jeder Bewegung, was den Schlaf stark beeinträchtigte. Auch Matratzen und Bettwäsche wirkten verschlissen. Das Badezimmer erinnert an die 70er-Jahre, die Duscharmatur war beschädigt und die Handtücher ebenfalls abgenutzt. Besonders störend war die extreme Hellhörigkeit: Man konnte Gespräche und selbst Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern deutlich hören. Fazit: Gute Lage, aber deutliche Mängel bei Komfort und Zustand. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt noch akzeptabel, insgesamt jedoch renovierungsbedürftig.

Völlig ausreichend

Für ein/zwei Nächte völlig OK, alles ein bisschen abgerockt, aber ich war ja nur zum schlafen da. Personal nett, Service gut, Essen gut und reichlich. Sollte ich wieder mal in der Nähe sein, würde ich wieder dort buchen, sofern ein Zimmer frei ist.

Stort, rummeligt værelse, men snævert toilet og bad. Vi savnede et skrivebord, og ville gerne have haft mulighed for at skærme for vinduerne med gardin, persienne eller lignende, men det var ikke muligt. Værelset var velholdt og rent, men med mange år på bagen. Aftensmaden var fremragende, og gratis parkering lige uden for døren.
