“I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after.”

“The apartment did the job for a busy conference. It's obviously meant more for party groups for the rest of the year, but it was clean and well located. Problems include - broken toilet seat, kitchen bin missing a lid, some mould or rot in the corner of one of the windowsills. Guests should be aware there is a lot of noise late into the night from the clubs and bars outside, but thats a reality of the location. But really the only think I had a real issue with was the terrible smell and...

“Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.”

“The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam”
