I loved the Alcázar Hotel in Sóller. The room was super spacious and so clean with a huge comfy bed! The parking was easy to access and would highly recommend utilizing if you rent a car. The staff were so friendly, the was breakfast delicious and the restaurant/outdoor pool area was lovely. I wish I had another night there!

Fantastic employees, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast, snacks and drinks/cocktails all prepared with great care. The sound proofing for the swimming pool and outside area works really well. We could only hear some noises sometimes coming from upstairs or the hallways. We definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful stay. The rooms at the hotel had a great aesthetic while also being very functional. The hotel staff were amazing and gave us many recommendations for hikes we could go on around the area. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Soller which made it incredibly convenient to get around even without a car.

Wonderful hotel close to the main place in Soller. Such a highlight seeing the old tram from our room. The hotel went out of their way to accomodate our toddler. Buffet breakfast was excellent too.

We had a wonderful stay shortly after the hotel opened, staff were more than accommodating and friendly. The pool area was fantastic for relaxing and it was surprisingly quiet even when many guests shared the space. It also backs onto to gardens and the tram line which was pleasent to watch go by and meant we never heard cars or traffic. We would happily stay again if we return to soller.

We have just got back from a lovely stay at Alcázar Hotel. The hotel is brand new and beautiful, the pool and outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and the location was brilliant, only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Sóller and the tram that takes you down to the port. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were also brilliant and so helpful. There’s nothing we didn’t like about this place 😊

Very nice property!! Everything was brand new and very well kept. The parking was pretty easy and convenient. The small town of Sóller is fantastic!! This Hotel is right in the middle of the action. Great location. Note: They were a little understaffed at night so service was limited. They couldn't serve us a night cap after we arrived for dinner. #bummer

Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.
