Perfect for travel with teens. Hot tub much enjoyed as were boogie boards, chairs and wagon in garage. Appreciated the coffee and tea options. Neighborhood is quiet and centrally located for enjoying beach culture!

It was very pleasant and nice overall, the neighborhood was very quiet and pretty nice. I loved the area nearby, and if you are up for a walk, there is plenty of stuff to do within a mile. The not so good, the landscape needed some attention, the screens needed to be repaired because there were holes/gaps. Also we had to get an electrician to come out to fix the outside lights because most of them didn't work. The rainfall shower head in the master bedroom needed replaced because of the hard water buildup.
