“Although I had already booked my room they tried to divert me to another room type saying that what I booked was not available. I had to stand firm and argue to get the room of the choice that I had booked. Cleanliness can be improved as well.”

“What a wonderful and confortable stay at Sangam hotel. The pool area was set in a nice garden, perfect to beat Thanjavur Heat. The restaurant was delicious and the breakfast offered a large selection of options. The staff was friendly and really helpful. I had an issue with my taxi that didnt show up and without hesitation one reception staff went above and beyond to sort everything and got me a taxi from the same outstation company. “It says buffet break fast. But no breakfast was provided. Then they brought it from some outside restaurant. They don’t have a restaurant. The rooms are also not great. ”
