After the payment. they told me that they don't have sifficient beds and they recommended to cancel the reservation. We had to find a hotel near by for the lodging. The staff didn't really care to help. They said they cancel the charge but they wouldn't provide a receipt.

객실 깨끗하고 침대도 편안 했지만 방음이 전혀 안 돼서 불편한 점도 있었고 6시 이후로 전화 응대가 불가능한 호텔은 처음 봤습니다.호텔은 체크인이 24 시간 가능한데 이런 식으로 전대가 불가능한 건 좀 너무한 것 같습니다.

직원들도 친절하고 음식도 생각보다 괜찮았고 치킨집도 맛있고 치킨집 직원들도 너무 친절하고 침대도 매트리스가 좋아서 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 점이 있었지만 방음이 너무 안 돼서 복도에 지나가는 사람들 소리가 다 들리니 계속 자다 깨다 반복 했을 뿐더러 호텔인데 전화 응대 해주는 사람이 없어서 체크인 때 유선으로 직원과 연결해 보려 하니 불가 하여 광정히 곤란 했었음
