Underwhelming

While the service was friendly, I felt the hotel itself was not as advertised. The hotel itself seemed a little outdated. The bed was dreadfully hard and the pool was drained and closed. Overall it was pretty underwhelming.

서비스 친절하고 산 전망 설악산 뷰가 좋았어요. 다만 객실 천장등이 2개밖에 없고 간접등이 하나도 없어서 전반적으로 침침하고 원룸같은 느낌이었어요. 벽지도 일부분 들떠서 떨어져있구요. 저렴한 가격에 예약한 객실이라 감안하고 지냈지만 이런 객실인걸 알았다면 돈을 더 내고 다른 객실을 예약했을거에요. 콘센트고 일부는 전력이 왔다갔다 했습니다.

1. 바다 전망이어서 아주 좋았어요. 일출도 볼 수 있었어요. 2. 객실이 조용하고 사용하기 편리했어요. 다만 오래된 가구에서 약간의 냄새가 났어요. 객실 금고는 제대로 작동이 안되었어요. 직원이 금고 내부 배터리가 방전되어 당장은 사용할 수 없다고 말했어요. 3. 사우나 시설의 일부만 가동하여 부족함이 있었어요. 4. 직원들의 응대는 친절했어요.

새해 해돋이가 잘 보이고, 뒤로는 설악산이 있어 주위 경치가 참 좋았습니다 특히 새해 아침 11층 카페에서 커피도 무료로 나눠 주는 서비스가 좋았고, 담당하시는 분도 밝고 친절하셔서 고마웠습니다. 한가지 제안할점은, - 대포항까지 거리가 짧지만, 추운 날씨에 걸어가기에는 20여분 걸리기에, - 택시를 불렀을때, 택시 기사님들에게는 가까운 거리다 보니, 도움이 안될듯 해서 그런지, 콜이 잡히지 않았어요 - 이럴경우에는, 호텔에서 간간히 작은 셔틀을 운영해도 상당한 호응이 있을듯 해요 참고하시면, 더 좋은 서비스가 될듯하고, 만족도도 아주 높을듯 해요 전체적으로 참 좋았어요
