1970년대 말에 지어진 오래된 건물. 아마도 80년에는 고급 호텔이었을 듯 하다. 낡고 바랜듯한 80년대 영화속 옛 호텔 같은 분위기 이다. 객실 상태는 오래되었지만 가능한 깨끗하려고 노력한 것처럼 느껴졌고, 프론트 직원분은 친절했다. 아침, 창밖에 바로 길 건너 매우 가깝게 보이는 바다 풍경은 불편한 점들을 잊게 해준다.
