The breakfast was quite healthy and lavish, with a nice view of the main road/boulevard. The hotel is centrally located. From the airport, a Yellow Taxi costs between 12 euros and 15 euros. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom was clean. Complimentary coffee is provided.

We are happy with everything in general. The room was clean and functional, the breakfast was better than the average with some Bulgarian specialities. We chose the hotel mainly due to its location and it was just perfect to be beside the NDK! They also let us use the VIP benefit of late check out. It was not especially a wow experience, but considering what we paid, totally OK and can further recommend.

Great location! AC doesn't work though, so made a hot week pretty hard. The lobby was not as hot as our room. We asked for a fan for the room, something most hotels have, and they didn't have one. The carpet in the room was pretty filthy. The staff was very nice though! We didn't want to take our kids to the restaurant because there was a giant ( 6 foot) AI generated screen with an over- sexualized woman on it.

We had a good time staying in this hotel. Location is close and walkable to the tourist spots. The room is spacious and clean, bed is very comfortable. Staff are very helpful, we arrive early and they check us in with the room upgrade. We will be staying in this hotel when we visit Sofia, Bulgaria again someday. Highly recommended. Where to start. This hotel was magnificent from the start. Checked in, helped with parking advice. Went through all the relevant details. The room was spacious, tidy and exceeded expectations. Especially if you go for a suite. The views are worth it.

Overall, I found this an excellent hotel to stay in. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was very spacious and clean. I was a little disappointed however that I asked the receptionist for a room with a bath which he kindly arranged for me, but the bath did not have a plug making it impossible to enjoy a hot goth in the evening! I did enquire about this. And was told that none of the baths in any of the rooms have plugs! I was a little surprised by this, however it didn't ruin my stay. The breakfast was also excellent and had many well labelled options to choose from. Overall, I found the hotel excellent, and I will visit it again in the future.

Great Location

The location and condition of the hotel was superb! My only criticism was that there was as no air conditioning (cold air) due to the time of the year (March). This was very tough due to being on a high floor and the window only opened a few inches - it was boiling! There were no fans provided after I requested this - disappointing

the hotel was very close to the center, it was clean but the personnel did not speak good english. communication was not that easy. I had requested a parking place for my car in their parking lot and they offered me a parking spot on the street in front of the hotel for 19 euros per day and if I left after 19:30 I would not be able to park again.

It is about 800 metres from the Vitosha pedestrian area. Very easy to get there. Taxi's are everywhere and compared to my home country very cheap. They have metres so you do not have to discuss with the driver. The hotel is great with a nice somewhat modern look. The staff is very helpfull. There is only one thing that should be changed and that is the refrigerator in the dining area. It makes far too much noise.

We were meant to stay in the sister hotel, we were transferred to this hotel due to works at original booking and only notified the day before which was a bit unexpected as they must have known about the works in advance. We were promised a suite instead of superior room booked for our stay for the inconvenience. We didn't get the suite the first night but we asked why not and were told we got free breakfast instead. This was not made clear at check in. Once we questioned the situation we were upgraded to suite with terrace for remainder of stay which was a nice room. The staff were friendly and had good attitudes and were helpful. I think there could be improved communication in this hotel, for example once we were told we had free breakfast, this hadn't been passed on to the breakfast team. The hotel feels more like a 3 star but appreciate this varies by country and region. The breakfast is quite basic but good enough. The area for breakfast is quite busy and is quite tight for space. The standard room we stayed in the first night had no working air conditioning and this wasn't communicated at check in and when we told the receptionist the next day they said they knew already which raises the question as to why they didn't let us know. The room was very hot and made for a poor night's sleep, we had to open the window and there was a lot of noise outside. Sofia is a nice city, quite relaxed with good eating and drinking options. Not too much to see so allows time to relax.
