Only minus for few details in breakfast why it felt it wasn't finslized: some products missed spoons for taking products, and all warm product weren't warm at all, even I visites at the start of the breakfast. Location is very good 👍 room is comfortable! Some staff (on day 1 check in) were very nice, some others can be nicer. Breakfast was okay, but rotten tomatoes with white mold was discovered on Dec 11, talked to the guy who was serving, he tried using hand to clean it, demanded him to take it away, not sure what did he do with it. Food safety is important!

The Bristol Best Western is a small, well-appointed hotel in the heart of Sofia. Excellent care and service are provided. The room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was abundantly displayed, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My small criticism is that the bathroom is quite dark, but it was excellent for mobility access.
