Condo and the property was very outdated. Beds were uncomfortable. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant/bar at the property so that was nice, but it closed early. The location was ideal for skiing - so for that reason only I would stay here again.

Fairly nice place but old and in need of an overhaul. Biggest thing was that the balcony door leaked so bad we had quite a bit of snow come into the room. Cold air is one thing, but significant snow blew in with door shut.

We never received a room key that worked. We had to call security every time we needed in our room. Very frustrating. And there was no air conditioning which we didn’t know when we booked.

Been there several times - it needs an upgrade as its still in the 970's in design/ carpets/walls etc.however the rooms have everything you need and you can ski out the back door through the night .Do not go after march 15th after any given year as it will be too late to ski - but pricewise and lift tickets prices well worth it - if you ski .Otherwise nothing else to do .This is not Vail or Aspen .Also no cell service for 30 miles -but you have old style land lines in the rooms ...

The place is worn but the people were chill and helpful. Everything worked but wasn’t easy to navigate as check in was closed when we got there and we just happened to have a restaurant employee help us figure out another building we had to drive to check in.

It was great! Silver creek is just below snowshoe so it’s a lot more relaxed and just as easy to go snowboarding.

Our weekend in Snowshoe

Directions for lodge that was not staffed confusing. Help a mile away. “Rooms” we’re ok, a little dated. Bathroom small. Bulbs missing or out of lamps or fixtures. Otherwise ok. Overall enjoyable. Hard place to get to.

Best lodge on Snowshoe Mountain!

Exceeded my expectations. Planning on staying here again. Best place to stay on Snowshoe Mountain in my opinion.

Nice play but no hot water

The place is nice but there was no hot water in the shower. During the cold winter months, this is a necessity. We made the owners aware of this immediately and no one came to check/fix this issue the entire stay. Other than that, the place was fine.

Check in. Was closed and locked up. As everything else was. Ran into a woman who found a phone to call property?. We had to drive 1 1/2 miles to check in. People there were nice but. It would be good to know the protocol before we arrived. Or some signage with directions.

Our unit hadn't been renovated since what felt like the 1970s, no joke. The dryer was broken, the phone didn't work at all (as in, you couldn't even call the front desk), and when we told the hotel staff about the phone and dryer they said they would get back to us and never did. This place is extremely disappointing.

Very disappointed

Condo units are neglected as this one was for sale. 1/4" crack in exterior door allowed snow to be blown in with cold air. Temp was -23. Had to request clean towels and carry garbage out. Misty's bar/restaurant only had fried food from menu at 8:30p.m.on Tues night. Sheet rock tape had cracked in 6 different places leaving unsightly floor to ceiling cracks. Bath tub drain was stopped up. Sofa bed mattress was nothing but springs and cover. Compared to Jan. 2017 visit this was HORRIBLE. Aspen Skiing purchase of Intrawest has been an apparent downgrade of customer service and relationship with HOAS on the property. Hot tub adjacent to indoor pool was 110 one night and muserable. Pool towels were scanty and thin. Cable was minimum with very limited station srlection. Doubtful I will stay in the future.too far to travel for crappy accomodations.

Having read some negative reviews of the facility I was pleased to have found the room clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was well appointed and housekeeping was there every day. Front desk was staffed with courteous helpful personnel who were helpful and went that extra bit to make stay more pleasant. Only thing I was disappointed about was the onsite restaurants. Breakfast available is premade breakfast sandwiches. Best to take your own groceries and prepare your own breakfast. The other facility was a sports bar and food was mediocre. The other restaurants were in the Village which required riding the shuttle bus or driving and trying to find a parking place. Not bad for reasonable price. Slopes at Silver Creek were in great shape.

Great time!

Room was comfortable and skiing was a blast. Only negatives were: 1. Cant use room account for charges(skiing, snowboarding, tubing restaraunts, etc) 2. Employees lack if knowledge of local ammenities 3. Food available in hotel not very good.

Luxurious

The suite was very nice, comfortable, well furnished and supplied with everything we would need for our stay. The check-in, however, was problematic. We found the lodge but no one was there to help us check in. A passerby told us we had to go to another place to check in, but finding out where and finally checking in took another hour of our time. If we had known this, we could have stopped at the check-in place on the way up the mountain to the lodge.

Hotels.com too corporate to be of any use

After multiple phone calls and visits to Hotels.com online, the company still managed to give us incorrect information. Our stay was difficult at best.

Kudos to Condo, THUMBS DOWN to Hotels.com

Only complaint was with Hotels.com - this "hotel" is actually a condo that is rented out. The information I received from Hotels.com was incorrect - and I called three times with questions and confirmations. There is NO crib available; the check-in must be done off-site at a location miles away from the hotel "room" and it was difficult to find exactly WHERE the condo was located (the address was a shared one with an entire ski resort compound). The facility itself was fine, and the condo was excellent - just what our little family needed.

the room was good. the overall appearance of the lodge was worn and somewhat wanting. We did not know there was a "breakfast" included when I booked, so it was a surprise. when we went to have it, it was very limited. basic small donuts and Danish and two types of cereal was it for options. Didn't detract since I wasn't expecting it, but did not go back. pool closed for one of the 3 days there - son was very disappointed. Staff was very nice and helpful. Note - no cell service here!
