This was our first time there and the person thst checked us in was awesome. Let us know about the property, amenities, and places to eat that were close and open. The heated floor in the bathroom threw me for a loop and the place is amazing we will be back again for sure.

Everything was very good, the room was very spacious, the only negative was that as it was the off season just about everything in Snowshoe is closed, there was one Restaurant, The Junction, that was open and then the Foxfire Grille was open for just two days as I was leaving, none of the food establishments were open at Corduroy.

Fabulous experience. This property lacks nothing. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. The view is to die for! We're not skiers, so we were there in the off-season. Highly recommended. A note to the management: change the website to reflect that there is no breakfast included.

Check-in was easy. We liked the indoor parking. The view was excellent. Number one elevator had an unpleasant odor in the lodge. The coffee machine in the room did not function properly. And you were unable to put mugs that were provided underneath. The bathroom door was rubbing the floor and pulling the door frame loose.

I had a terrible time with the check-in process that was virtual and required me to download a key card app to my phone and then return the next morning to get actual key cards which did not work the first time. After that everything was great, the staff was extra helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area and the cleaning ladies even did the dishes that I had left in the sink that I was going to do later. There were four resident deer that almost came right up to my hand, and the morning view over the mountain was absolutely gorgeous. The room was so spacious, my husband almost wanted to stay longer, and now wants a heated floor in our bathroom!
