The staff was great and very accommodating. The hotel is old and the rooms are somewhat outdated, but was sufficient for an overnight stay. The shower was cold (even let it run for 15 minutes).

i love that it has one of the best locations of the mountain and its price is affordable to everyone. it has an awesome breakfast and all the people that work there are really friendly, helpful and service oriented.

Excellent location, cozy and charming

This property offered a lot of nice amenities and excellent proximity to shopping and dining. We were pleasantly surprised to have a relatively large room and a balcony! Breakfast was very nice too.

I'd like to that.It was up in snowmass and very beautiful. I didn't like that. The person at the front desk didn't call me or text me with a code for the lockbox. So when I arrived, there was no getting keys for my room that I had already got charged for.
