Vacations Close To Snowmass Mall

The grounds are not maintained very outdated. The room had a bad odor. I didn’t enjoy the stay at all would never stay there again.

Had an issue with the air conditioner not working at all in our room so they put us in another room. Unfortunately the air conditioner in that room did not work good either. It never got cold in the room. Older hotel but good for its age. Besides the air conditioner issue it was a nice stay. The area behind the parking garage is a little sketchy.

We like the overall hotel services, was well maintained (except for the pool area a seating area, it was dirty most of the time and the lounge chairs broken) Like the location of the hotel, Like the Interior design and the room size and configuration, (except the sliding bathroom door) and didn't like the bathroom water pressure, it needs to be more water pressure! Overall Excellent hotel, and we will stay there again soon.

The Cliffhouse is a favorite landmark of mine in Manitou Springs, but it is currently under construction and this definitely is something to consider before booking there. The front desk was not helpful and did not know when their bar would open on a Sunday afternoon. I was advised at noon however it didn’t open until 2:00 pm and I had planned a lunch there with some local friends. We had to walk through the construction zone three times to keep checking to see if it had opened yet! Their restaurant does serve a nice breakfast and I would recommend including breakfast as part of your booking package if you book through Expedia.

Stayed in room 220. Could not get hot water out of the kitchen or bathroom sink. Did have hot water in the shower though. Air conditioning was not working and had to have housekeeping bring me a fan so I could sleep. They also started a new parking thing where you have to pay to park. Not a fan of that and not very impressed with this this stay.😏

Outstanding staff that was exceptionally accommodating. Nice clean property and rooms. Would certainly stay here again.
