Big room and very good breakfast. The bed was very good The only thing you could complain about was that the blanket was far too thick, at least now in the summer

Large and clean rooms, but a bit noisy

Nice and clean rooms that were large. Everything is automated so you don't meet any staff. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but more than adequate. Room floors are very noise so you can hear the people above you walk around. We visited in summer and it was very hot. No A/C and the rooms are out to a street that has some traffic. In the morning a lot of seagulls, so don't expect to sleep late.

Fine stay. As a soldier I lived in this barracks-turned-into-hotel location. Great memories. Everything worker fine concerning check-in/out process. Room clean and sufficiently equipped.

Did not like self check in, often main door was open. Quite a drive into the town. Shared kitchen not nice, dirty plates left in the sink. Noisy seagul sounds outside building. Did not see any staff. Room cleaned when we put do nit disturb sign up. Breakfast excellent choice but had to go to the building next door!

Too poor - like a hostel.

Poor. Only 1 small towel in total. Not something to stand on after showeing so had to use same towel for hands after washing hands, hair, body and after stand on it after showering. It was not possible to get more. 1 small pillow. Was not able to get more. Easy to hear next door neighbour talk. Single bed is 80 cm wide! Duvet is ok.

Das Hotel ist voll automatisiert. Der Zugang zum Zimmer funktionierte erst, nachdem nach 1h doch jemand persönlich kam. Man bekommt "100 Mails" während des Aufenthalts. Frühstück war um 9:00 leer gegessen, in 45min gab es nicht mal neue gekochte Eier. Personal bestand aus überforderten Teenagern. Für den Preis war die Leistung zu wenig, auch wenn man am Wasser einen Schweinswal sehen konnte.

Parkeringsmafia

Vi modtog en del beskeder fra hotellet, herunder omkring parkering, hvor det blev gjort opmærksom på parkeringen. Da vi ankom 21.30 efter en 15 timers køretid, undlod vi at bruge vores EasyPark-App, men valgte vi at følge hotellets anvisning… logge ind på deres hjemmeside, registrere nummerplade, tilføje kreditkort og godkende med MitId, hvorefter vi fik en grønt flueben med teksten godkendt. Næste morgen kunne vi så konstatere, at vi havde fået en P-gebyr, noteret kl. 22.08 om aftenen. Ikke er gebyr på 510, men på 950 kr. Henvendelse til hotellet gav ingen hjælp, de henviste til den kvittering som vi skulle have haft og øjensynligt sikret os at have modtaget. Som korriosum var p-pladsen belagt med ca. 20%, både aften og formiddag. Om formiddagen gik vi forbi samtlige biler på pladsen, hvoraf 5 ud af ca. 30 biler, havde fået et P-gebyr.

Udda hotell

Udda hotell, ingen personal fanns tillgänglig. Allt fick man klura ut själv, tex hur man tog sig in, var man fick parkera, var frukosten fanns osv. Sitter skyltar överallt som hotar med olika viten om man tex parkerar framför ingången osv vilket skrämde slag på frugan. Ingen ventilation eller A/C på rummet gjorde rummet mkt varmt. Hela byggnaden är gamla militärkaserner, så det är rent men mkt omysigt alltihop. Ligger i en ganska off del av staden, nedanför sjukhuset. Frukosten var OK, påminde om lumpen. Prisvärt.

Dejligt

Sønderborg er en dejlig by. Kasernen var skøn og ligger fantastik. Fin rengøring og gode forhold. Det eneste var at vi måtte sove med åben dør, da værelset blev lummert. Der lugtede en smule jordslået.

Fint, men RINGE betalingsmulig fparkering.

Jeg havde meget bøvl med betaling for parkering. Det var uoverskueligt og virkelig ringe. Jeg endte med at betale to gange fordi det skal foregå via gæstebog og det fungerede ikke for mig. Meget skuffende og skiltningen var svær på pladsen.

Good - but could be better

In general a good experience, but I got locked out of my room for 5 hours (check-out at 10 am and check-in at 3 pm), because I extended my stay by a day in advance and before comming - don't do that!, but this was not reflected or implemented in the lock for the door. I did overcome this episod with the help from friends. The reception was closed and didn't answerr my calls before it was to late. The cleaning lady was not helpful either. But I'm still a happy customer and will return any day.

Zimmer war groß genug. Bad war neu und modern. Ablage im Bad fehlte sowie eine Fußmatte. Das Schlafsofa war ausgeklppt und als Bett bezogen, obwohl wir zu zweit angemeldet waren. Besser wäre gewesen, wenn das Sofa als Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung gestanden hätte.
