“The property has the most wonderful views from its elevated position. The driveway is steep - but worth it. Imagine beautiful sunsets in front of a roaring fire on the deck in autumn - that’s what we got. (Not sure if the owners arranged the sunsets, but the fire & indoor wood burner were ready to light.) Spacious, lovely view out to the bay, luxurious touches, fantastic shower, comfortable bed and delicious hot breakfast prepared for us. Walking distance to restaurants, penguins and shops. “I stayed in the Ocean View Spa Room. It was very clean and exactly meet my needs for my short stay in Stanley. It was a quite period so not many people in the park. It was warm and cozy and the spa warmed me to my bones. The views of the ocean out the windows was great although a little hampered by the bushes opposite which i am guessing provides some privacy as there is a public pathway along the breakwall and it may serve as a small wind break.
