Although we live in Brockville, we had a house full of family so we decided to spend the night at The Spark, two minutes away from our home. The check in was easy and quick. The room was nice. The vinyl flooring was a bit chilly on the feet, but other than that everything was great. Check out was very quick and Kurtis was very friendly.

Front desk staff were friendly. Simple but cute and cozy room. Very well cleaned. The bed was very comfortable and the tv was huge ! I was on the main floor close to the breakfast room and lobby yet still it was surprisingly quiet. There were various options for the breakfast bagels, muffins, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages etc . I was surprised with the overall quality given the reasonable price for the room.

This hotel offered a bright clean room with a well-maintained finishes, good beds, great water pressure in the shower. We sincerely appreciated a decent sound installation installation within the room (washroom sounds ). We'll keep the Spark in mind for our future family trips.

Staff was very warm and welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. We liked the newly renovated hotel and the snack options available for purchase. The slightly rubbery eggs could stand improving though all of the other options in the free breakfast were good. We appreciated the environmentally conscious decision to offer wooden utensils, but the tines on the wooden forks just wouldn't pick up the eggs. The employees were exceptional in their helpfulness.
