What a fabulous stay! Mary greeted us as we arrived and she and her staff met all of our expectations! And then some…. The property itself is stunning. The rooms tastefully appointed with such comfy beds. The food incredible - tastiest salmon I’ve had! The entertainment fabulous. We absolutely loved our stay at the Cove. It felt so homey from checkin to dinner to the lovely continental breakfast in the morning. A truly memorable experience. We hope to return!

The property is very old but reasonably well maintained. It has a historic feel to it and is nicely located near the lake and some interesting shops. Our room was on the second floor. The wooden floor had some floorboards that were lightly damaged and it was unlevel. The airconditioner in our room was a bit noisy so we only turned it on when the room seemed stuffy. In addition, our room was next to the squeaky door into the 2nd floor hallway. Seemed a bit expensive for what it is.
