“I really like the people that run it ...you can have a laugh and a joke and their professional. I love the quirky old fashioned styling but it's done in a modern way. The menu seemed basic but the quality of the food was fantastic everybody should try the prawns starter !!! Two dislikes Coffee machine in room too small difficult to use. “We stayed in the garden suite. It was lovely. My only criticism would be that one of the legs on the futon in the living room area was broken. Our Daughter said the bed in the smaller bedroom wasn't very comfortable so we used spare duvets and a blanket to make it more comfortable. The small garden area was ideal for our dogs to be able to give them some space to toilet etc. The food in the pub was very nice, my only criticism would be the lack of vegetarian options. Overall we enjoyed our stay....

“Our four night stay at the Masons Arms was a dream come true. We first saw the pub/hotel 49 years ago and were delighted to finally have an opportunity to stay here. The room was wonderfully cosy in the inn and its recent updates were much appreciated. The shower was great and the towel heater was a treat for this Canadian!
