“Although the staff was very friendly, not even the reception employees spoke English which made communication very difficult. The room was very spacious although there were spiderwebs around the ceiling and the deadlock did not work.
The key card sleeve indicated that the restaurant was open until 11 PM. When I went down at 10:15, they were already closed and there was no option to order a snack or even a glass of wine. There was no minibar in the room either.

“We stayed here for 6 nights. The room was clean, the only thing I would say is you only get one pillow. We didn’t get clean towels every day either which wasn’t ideal and the towels are rather small. I did also have to ask for more clothes hangers as we were only given 3, but the hangers arrived within 2 hours of me asking.
Everything else was great though, nice balcony and also the shower is great. I’d stay here again. Beware though, it’s about a 20-25 min walk into the centre of Gniezno.”
