Great location and transportation to the airport. Perfect for the 1 night before we left. Could have used one more staff member. They seemed short staffed. Food was ok, a bit pricey for what you get.

I booked this one online coming from America. The ease of check-in and cleanness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff was great. I had misplaced a bag and they were extremely helpful. Listening to me and offering ways to help it was embarrassing because I had simply packed it in a different place, but they were very gracious about my senior moment. They effectively held our luggage while we had a last day touring. Everything was so much better than I expected.

Stayed for one night ahead of an early flight the next day. Bus from LHR stopped right in front of it. Service from the front desk staff was really seamless. I enjoyed some time in the lobby doing work and some people were chatting with wine or having a quiet meal. The room was simple but well maintained. The early morning shuttle was incredibly prompt and pulls up right outside the hotel. Tap to pay as well. Overall would recommend if you have a late entry or early morning flight out of LHR.

The room was clean but smelled heavily of cigarettes. When I went to shower, mold came out of the faucet. Other than that, the staff was incredibly helpful and the room itself was clean. Also, a large lobby with restaurant and bar

Excellent staff and really polite lady on reception at check in! The room was okay but the toilet www unhygienic and had stains, the hotel is closely situated near Thorpe park and other close by attractions which is fantastic! The break I thought overall let the overall experience down it was a shambles! Poorly put together and it definitely wasn’t tasty! I would return to this area but unsure this hotel due to the breakfast

Everything was good for accommodating an overnight layover stay for my wife and I. Only negative comment is that the shower was a bit interesting only having half of a glass cover the one side of the bathtub. It worked for a shower it was just interesting and had a bit of leak over water. Other than that everything was clean and good for us.

Five Stars not because it is similar to the Four Seasons but for the money I can't imagine a cleaner, nicer hotel. The room was clean as was the lobby, the bar, restaurant, etc. It is five minutes to Heathrow Airport via a regular bus that stops at the hotel and although planes are flying over, the hotel was practically soundproof - I never heard them. Lastly, there is an Italian Restaurant one block away that may have the best Italian food outside of Italy! My only complaint was the shower, although warm/hot, could have been hotter as I like extremely hot showers and mine did not get extremely hot. I didn't eat at the restaurant but the bar serves cold beer and good drinks.

Staff was great. Very helpful. Front desk clerk at night lent us her phones power cord since our phones weren’t compatible to the outlets. The one in the morning was very helpful in making sure we caught the airport shuttle which is quite convenient right outside the lobby. Would highly recommend for a night or two when passing thru London.
