We stayed here before our flight. The staff was extremely helpful and gave tips on which bus route was best. My kids loved that they had their own bunk beds rather than sharing a bed! Also the restaurant right down the street had wonderful wood fired pizza.

This hotel is convenient to the airport, especially with a local bus stopping right in front, and a very reasonable price. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We will continue to stay here when in London.

Very clean and comfortable room. We stayed in the double bed and single bunk bed for 1 night. Easy to get to from the airport taking the local bus. From terminal 3 we had to take 2 buses, but if you’re coming from terminal 5 it’s only 1 bus and takes less than 10 mins.
