Perfect place to stay at Paceville

The room was perfect. The breakfast had a variety of choices and is always fresh whenever you come. The staff is always there to help and very polite. The pool is amazing, the water is temperature controls so it was nice.

Fantastic spot to stay at when in St Julians. Right next to all the bars but also the rooms block out the outside noise at night. Only issue is if they block of some of the roads you may have to meet your uber a bit further away.

Positives- flo sky pool nice when there is a bed available Rooms are large Location walking distance from lots Negatives Was given wrong room with disgusting view it looked like a bomb site with lots of rubbish. Accused of us of lying that we paid for a city view room and required proof. Advises rooms have some sound proofing not true you can hear the strip and people screaming all night. Tv didn’t work had to get someone out twice, first one couldn’t fix it so night without a tv. Skypool sometimes busy so not given sun bed. Allows the lock on door to be overriden when key card scanned. Gave another guest checking in our room so when we was laying in bed going to sleep someone entered our room late at night. This was a huge security breach. Expedia advised couldn’t even be compensated for the whole night even though the night was more expensive and was put in a risky situation and given the wrong room because of policies…. Bear in mind we was there 4 nights and had the hassle of moving rooms and feeling scared to leave our door without a chair infront of it! Didn’t use breakfast facilities this time as didn’t want to go to reception area. We was returning guests as well and really enjoyed our experience first time round which made this really upsetting…
