The rooms were nice and clean and the pool was great as well. Multiple options for pool and also easy covered parking. Nice to be away off the strip as well.

Rooms bit dated had to pay alot for upgrade facility fee ridiculous for what u get

This hotel is beautiful,has lots of reaturants to choose,from ice cream shops to pizza you name it they have it. They have shopping stores also. No need to go anywhere this hotel has everything. And the plus is the casino is not smoky so its good to go sit and enjoy.

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms, but the customer service was very disappointing. I paid an extra $30 per night for a Strip View room because I wanted to watch the Fourth of July fireworks from my room. At check in, I was told no Strip View rooms were available and was given a Mountain View instead. I started trying to resolve it on day one. I messaged through the Hilton app, contacted Expedia, and spoke with the front desk. I was told a manager would contact me, but after seven days I never received a call, a message, or any follow up from the hotel or Expedia. I wasn’t asking for anything beyond a refund of the upgrade fee for the room I never received. The hotel is beautiful, but the lack of communication and follow through left a very poor impression.

It was okay, shower light went out mid shower and started flickering, tub was not clean and there was a mystery pile of something outside our door in the hallway from when we checked in to when we checked out. Staff was nice and took off early check in fees for the shower light situation. Right by Miracle Mile shops which was super convenient for our shopping needs!
