“Although the staff was very friendly, not even the reception employees spoke English which made communication very difficult. The room was very spacious although there were spiderwebs around the ceiling and the deadlock did not work.
The key card sleeve indicated that the restaurant was open until 11 PM. When I went down at 10:15, they were already closed and there was no option to order a snack or even a glass of wine. There was no minibar in the room either.

“Although the room was clean and the hotel located in a pretty area, the staff were not very friendly and I had only cold water in the room.
I do not know if it is because they could not speak English, but I thought greeting skills, customer service, or a simple smile would not need any translation.
I had to ask all the questions to the receptionist regarding dinner, breakfast, times, etc., otherwise I would have been given the room key and that was it.
There was not hot water in the toilet....
