“A nice hotel with a good sized room, very nice staff & good parking. The hotel is perhaps in need of some modernisation in terms of bathroom facilities, room temperature control & outside areas but has a nice location and aspect.”

“We asked for aground floor as we do not do well with steps and they put us in an annex which was obviously new and was just right for us. Our fault that we didn't ask for clean towels etc. The staff are all very welcoming and the meals variable and very enjoyable.”

Everything was perfect from start to finish, and you can really tell how much care goes into the whole experience. We had a brilliant time and couldn’t fault a thing. “The double room was clean & fresh but the 'standard' size double bed does not compare well with the more usual 'queen' size provided in hotels in this price range. The staff were brilliant ambassadors for the hotel - Maisie & Jenny in particular - always attentive, always happy to engage with guests, always thinking ahead to anticipate the needs of their guests.
