The room is neglected and old. The heating system doesn’t allow setting a temperature or using a thermostat and is very noisy. The showerhead is fixed to the wall and sprays in all directions. The sound insulation is poor, and noise from neighboring rooms makes it hard to sleep. The staff is Friendly and welcoming.

The rooms are okay the beds were clean and comfortable but there was damaged countertops and the deadbolt fell off when entering the room the tvs were outdated and the foot rest for the couch was stained overall it was okay

The room was perfect for us in all ways. Comfortable, lots of room and clean. I guess you could say it was much nicer then expected. Lastly the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We asked for another blanket, large water glasses if available , they helped us and was kind doing it. We would highly recommend this hotel in Slave lake.

Although the room was spacious, the bed linen was filthy with stains and spots of dried blood. We had the Junior suite, the couch had no legs (don't know if this was the design) but when you sat on it, it forced you to lean forward so you didn't fall off. The room smelled musky and old.
