“Wendy was very helpful when I was checking in, and particularly when I managed to lock myself out - it was nearly 10 pm when I returned from a work event and she brought herself out of a warm home into the cold wind to let me in. The room I was in wasn't very well sound-insulated, which may simply reflect the age of the property.
