We only stayed for one night before our flight back home and it was nice we had dinner which we enjoyed and the atmosphere was nice with music and lifely . Our flight was in the afternoon and they let us use the spa to relax before the flight. We really liked that

Terrible hotel. The first room they gave us had no working power and light in the room and the bathroom, the TV had no channels, there was no working WIFI in the room. In stead of saying sorry and giving us a new room, they said that they would send a technician to fix the problem. At the end of the day all the problems were not fixed. After calling reception several times asking them to fix it, they stopped picking up the phone. Only after I went down and insisted that it is not OK to not have power in the room, and not have light in the bathroom, and that I needed WIFI for my work, they reluctantly gave us another room. They did not say sorry for the inconvenience. In the new room they gave us, everything was as you should expect. However, the furniture was dated and worn out. Towels ware not exchanged daily. In the 8 days we stayed, only one time did we get both a small and large towel per person. All the other days we got only one small towel, or one large towel, or no towel at all. Below the rooms facing the river are above the hotel bar, which has loud music in the evening. They do weddings there, at which they do the music so loud, that you have to shout to be able to talk in your room, let alone that you'll be able to sleep. The rooms are advertised as soundproof, but they are not. The rooms are badly cleaned. There was dust, hairs, and even a sigaret on the floor. After our 8 days stay in this hotel, this was not cleaned up. This is not 5 star, more 2 stars.

The spa staff are very attentive.

My opinions during my stay: The female staff at the reception were very attentive and supportive. However, the male receptionists in the morning were quite uninterested, and I don’t think they enjoy their job. I would like to sincerely thank the staff at the spa. While it should have been the reception’s responsibility to help me find a taxi, the spa staff were the ones who assisted me. I thank them once again. If you go to Park Hotel, make sure to visit the spa — they have excellent masseurs and staff. thank you

Séjour incroyable dans cette chambre spacieuse et magnifique avec balcon. Le restaurant ainsi que le bar sont superbes aussi hôtel très classe que je recommande. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par le personnel qui est souriant et disponible. En revanche, la il y' avait beaucoup de monde le matin pour le petit déjeuner vers 7h30 à l'heure de l'ouverture, nous devions faire la queue. A deux reprises, nous sommes arrivées plus tard vers 9h et 9h30, c'était désert et il y avait encore du choix pour déjeuner ou sinon il fallait demander. Seul bémol, nous ne mettions pas la fiche pour changer les draps et serviettes tous les jours cependant, notre appartement a été fait tout de même et on a oublié de nous remettre 1 serviette entre autre, je l'ai signalé par mail car on m'avait laissé, à mon arrivée à la réception, une carte avec des coordonnées si besoin et je n'ai jamais eu de retour... La communication par mail est compliquée, privilégier le téléphone ou se déplacer à l'accueil. Dommage que ce ne soit pas possible de communiquer par Whatsapp comme certains hôtels, taxis et guides, c'est vraiment plus pratique. Dernière chose, notre chambre était à côté d'une pièce où se retrouvent les femmes de ménage où elles ont leurs chariots. C'est vraiment bruyant.

PARK SPA OTEL TEMİZLİK ÇOK KÖTÜ.

3 gece 4 gün kaldık çift olarak. Temizlik konusunda sınıfta kaldılar .oda temizliği yapılmıyor formaliteden girilip çıkılıyor . Havlu, terlik Malzemeler eksik bırakılıyordu. 2. Ve3.gün temizlik diye yaptıklarının fotoğrafını atacağım. Görseller ektedir. İnternet konusunda Netflix çekmedi açamadık .

The room was spacious and clean. The renovation is not finished yet, so the air conditioning doesn't work. The shower wall is made of glass and it is inside the room and can be seen. There was no curtain on the glass bathroom wall in our room, but some rooms have it. It is not good to have a glass wall in the bathroom when you are staying with your children. The hotel staff was very friendly and can speak English. Parking cant be done by yourself freely, you mıst give the keys to the hotel staff to park. It would be a better place when the renovation is finished. It has a very beautiful river view in a huge balcony.

Dirty rooms

This was the most dirty 5-star hotel I ever stayed at. I got to my room late in the even, but even in the dark I could see it was not clean. The sheets felt clean, so I decided to stay. The dirt was more in the corners, edges, the wall, the couch. You could see that they haven’t done a full clean probably in months. The bed was a cheap foam topper with awful dents in there. When I told the front desk about my experience, they even shared that indeed they got more complaints about the rooms not being clean. That was the worst part for me. If you are management, and you get more than one complaint about a room not being clean, you go and personally check every room to avoid any further issues. In short - they should replace management. They clearly are not in control and haven’t trained their staff properly.

Bon hôtel mais pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles

Hôtel confortable dans sa globalité (spa, parties communes et resto TB). Les chambres en revanche sont à revoir et ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles : - pas de rideaux sur la porte fenêtre donc réveillés à 5h avec le soleil et rideaux peu occultants - peinture catastrophique et à revoir - salle de bain sans intimité et hyper mal conçue

bestilte dobbelseng og enkel seng. fikk to enkle senger + en lav seng som lignet på en feltseng med madras på - denne var ubrukelig og ved klage sa de at det var det de hadde. De tok vekk feltsengen og la to madrasser på gulvet.hver dag spurte jeg etter toalettpapir som var tomt- det tok opp til en time å få det. rommet ble ikke rengjort på oppholdet-det lå støv langs kantene - nye håndklær fikk vi en gang -ikke såpe -de to første dagene kunne vi ikke dusje fordi det var kun kaldt vann i dusjen.Dette var ikke det vi forventet på et 5 stjernes hotell

No way a 5-Star, more like 3-Star!

This place has a 5 Star rating?? How and who is the morron That gave this place a 5 Star rating? Don’t get me wrong, the place is nice and all but, for this price, One expects better. I would at best give it a strong 3-Star rating. Staff has No clue about hospitality. No smiling greeting, No recognasion of me as guest, and rude. They should get the staff cources in hospitality. I fler ignored and I got the feeling it was because of my Brown golden skin color. If They only knew How for example Thailand is with their kindness, and greeting with a smile always, same in Sweden. 5-Star rating and the AC does not work in 25 degrees. Hot water in shower was unavailable because I wanted to shower at 09:00. Apperantly by then most hot water has been used. Breakfast buffé was ok, although, more of the ignoring and sometimes rude staff. Spa was Good But very pricy for this region. Manager was smoking in her office, grouse. Confusing on What is included in the room, be careful of this.

Terrible experience

I have never been to 5 star hotel with such a low quality. Nothing in this hotels works properly - not the air conditioner, no hot water, the lift didn't work on the first day, the wi-fi is mostly down, the smell in the toilet in the room was terrible. I was in this hotel few times before. The experience was similar but I was promised that things got better, Well - they didn't. Except for location and a good gym (to those who are interested) it is a terrible experience. For the irony - in the end of my stay - the receptionist didn't even ask how was my stay (very common) - either she knows the answer or just another element in the bad service.

Otel bence Üsküp'ün en güzel otellerinden birisi. Tasarımı, konforu, güleryüzlü ve ilgili personeliyle bence ziyadesiyle memnun kalacaksınız. Sadece Spa'sı biraz pahalı.
