The property was beautiful, quiet and very accommodating to my wife and I. Anything needed or requested was handled by the staff quickly and appropriately. Definitely 5 star hotel with all amenities needed. The staff were the nicest people in Athens who made us feel special. If you are thinking about staying here, book your room now you will not be disappointed.

The building & rooms are a little dated. Some maintenance is definitely required. Our room was spacious, but had a badly scratched floor & missing panel on the vanity in the bathroom. The staff were wonderful & always helpful. A nice bonus to have a complimentary bus into town that you booked the night before. No lifts, but the staff helped with our cases so it wasn’t a problem.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and beautiful grounds, in a great location. Room was a bit basic, but clean and tidy. Food was very good and the free bus to town a nice touch, although late both times (must be Greek time) we booked this. Also hired a couple of quads from Aegean near Reception. All in all everything was good.

Luxurious hotel

Run down hotel . Rooms in dire need of renovation . No elevator ! Only positive was the friendly staff . Would not recommend this hotel the pictures are deceiving. We rented 3 rooms -2 where on the 5 th floor and where very dated . 1 on ground floor was a little more renovated but not up to a good standard . The shuttle bus they have stops at 9 pm . Greek summer nights don’t start till 9 or 10 pm for dinner .

Pros: very friendly staff (felt almost at home), good dining options (buffet, restaurant, bar), free transport to the local beaches (Koukounaries and Maratha) Cons: no lifts. It was difficult to get the pram 3 stairs up and down at least 2-3 times a day. No inclusivity for disabled as well (I've done a reservation for my parents in law, which i had to cancel - received a full refund for this- because there was other means of disabled people to get to different levels. I was disappointed for a 5star hotel, not to have a provision for disabled. Not recommended for families with small kids that have got prams or people with moving difficulties.

We spent a week here in August 2023 for our family summer holiday. The hotel is lovely and staff were really helpful. It is a short walk to two beaches (2 minutes and 5 minutes) and they also have a free daily shuttle to and from both the beaches and Skiathos town. It is a 25 minute bus ride to the town, which has lots of lovely restaurants, especially along the port. If you get off at bus stop 4 (the hotel is bus stop 22) and walk down to the port, you get to see the lovely back streets. Just be aware that the hotel doesn’t have a lift and there are also lots of stairs down to the bus stop and to the beach, so if you have mobility issues the hotel maybe tricky. All in all it was a lovely stay and I recommended booking the Mama Mia boat tour at the hotel, even if you aren’t a fan of the movie, it’s a lovely day out (adults cost €40 each and €25 for a child).

The property was in poor condition. Air conditioner stunk like sewage, and entire 6th floor. Could not use! Maid service was horrible. Lacked cleaniness in rooms. Poor or lacked amenities. There were holes in bathroom doors and prices for bar drinks were extremely expensive. I would avoid this place!

Not impressed

Difficult to get to the hotel without a car - especially with luggage. The bus stop, while "nearby", requires a steep climb either via stairs or their long driveway. The hotel does not have lifts and it requires another trek to get to the rooms. The beach is down the same steps, and even further down. The hotel should have shouldered the cost of the beach lounger given their rates are not cheap. Mediocre breakfast, which they did not make an effort for - but guess what? You have no choice as you need to trek to get to a place to eat. No free shuttle to town during the day - only at night. The rooms are beautiful, but this does not compensate for all the other issues.

I do not recommend

Horrible experience, I don't recommend it. Hotel with zero accessibility and does not offer help with luggage. I booked a room with a king bed and we were placed in a room with two single beds. There's no point in complaining that they didn't solve it, they said it was just a matter of putting the beds together. Weak breakfast and restaurant with non-Chinese food. I placed an order at the restaurant and there was no specific accompaniment and they exchanged it for another without consulting me and even charged an extra difference. My wife had a massage at the hotel and I was forced to go to reception to pay, all the services you put on the room bill to pay at checkout and the massage was not. They say there is a beach structure with transport, but when I asked, they told me to walk and it was only 10 minutes away. And when I get there I can't get a table, since they have to be paid for and have to be reserved with plenty of time on the app, being open to the public so they are hardly available. And finally, I booked a transfer to the airport and at the time I didn't have a car and they explained that I was 10 minutes late, even though there was no warning. I had to order a taxi and almost missed my flight. Worst experience.

We were extremely disappointed The property , I am sure , in iits day , was stunning. However it is now ready for a complete revamp 1) No elevator ?? We were on the 6 th floor We found this bizarre Travellers arriving with luggage after a gruelling trip to get to Skiathos, have to schlep from the parking lot to the room. We were told by a stafff member that the elevators were removed in order to make more rooms to increase revenue. - enough said ! 2) Atmosphere as you walk in to lobby is very dark and dull and the front desk staff are too Not very welcoming or accommodating 3) Air Conditioning - In a warm environment , this was the only property I found in the area that had no air conditioning in the entrance , halls and common areas. Very unpleasant 4) Rooms. Tiny rooms / shower was broken and took a full day to repair a small part after we reported it at 8 am - Air condition in the room was very weak 5 ) Service. - The room beside us had a used partially eaten tray of room service food lying outside their door , on two occasions , for at least eight hours , attracting flies and smelling the already musky corridor out Not good to look at either 6) Corridors and common areas were sprayed every day with a very pungent air deodorizer , I assume to mask other odours. Very unpleasant 7) Breakfast - We could not eat breakfast at all as the dining area was infested with flies covering the exposed food inside the dining buffet area as well as at the tables.

Do 4 stelle perché su Expedia me lo dava come 5 stelle, arrivati lì ci siamo resi conto che non lo era. Poco male per quanto scritto sopra, ma se pago per un 5 stelle voglio soggiornare in un 5 stelle.

für diese Preisklasse in Griechenland, bedeutend zu wenig Keine Liegestühle am Strand für das Hotel, das Frühstück sehr basic, nur mit upgrade, sind die zimmer schön (superior war nicht sehr gut geputzt und dunkel, alte durchgeliegene Betten), executive war ok (aber nicht für diesen Preis) scheinbar, gemäss taxifahrer, ein bekanntes Problem zudem: man muss « gut » zu Fuss sein, denn ohne Treppensteigen geht gar nichts (man kommt nicht mal ins Zimmer oder zum Frühstück) Skiathos und der Strand sind jedoch toll:) gerade für Familien ÖV gut organisiert, ebenso mit den Taxis.
