“I was here for work, so slightly different priorities. But I enjoyed breakfast in my room and the whole order the night before set up, which included the time you wished to eat. Breakfast was good. this also meant the room had a table, which in my situation was very useful. Tea and coffee etc could be replenished from hall box. Good quality toiletries. Comfortable bed. Car parking on site, in fact very convenient all round.”

“Cerca de todo y sin problemas para aparcar. El desayuno delicioso. La dueña un encanto.”

“A very lovely Victorian house. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.”

“The room was gorgeous and Sue is the kindest person. Lots of attention to detail and the little things that make your stay special. One issue was low water pressure in the shower due to a temperamental electric device that runs the shower head.”

“We arrived to a lovely friendly greeting from Suruchi, we were given a walk around of the property, offered information on things to do and places to go. We chose this as a central location that was dog friendly for the three of us to stay. Nice location, nice property and the room was clean and tidy. Would definitely use this property again on another stay in the lakes. Thank you for making our 4 night stay so memorable.”

“Fabulous room filled with thoughtful touches from bathrobes thru to fans - with every detail tastefully considered for the most enjoyable guest experience.”

“Rooms are separate from the main building and so are quiet and private. The room was large and comfortable and the bed was very large. The staff are the owners and were very friendly and helpful. We had booked dinner and it was amazing although there is no choice of menu. There was a choice for breakfast which was freshly prepared and excellent. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.”

“Lovely bed and breakfast in Keswick; close to restaurants. Parking is difficult on weekends.”

“Pros - good location. Short walk into town. Room clean, modern & spacious. Self check in with good clear instruction prior to arrival. Cons - Car park full so had to pay for parking on car park next door. No plates at breakfast only cardboard dishes which made it difficult to butter toast as the bread wouldn't fit in the dish. Would definately stay here again though & just maybe arrive earlier to get a parking space.”

“Excellent Breakfast and good location.”

“The fell rooms was an absolutely stunning place to stay in Ambleside. The rooms were incredible, so clean and well thought out. The little extras such as biscuits, a fan in the room and heated towel rails made such a positive difference in our experience. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we really enjoyed our stay here.”

“Bed and pillows very comfortable, room tastefully decorated and clean. Stairs upto bedrooms. Parking at rear. Lovely breakfast and hand made starter with fresh fruits and granola/ yogurt.”
