Was just what we needed. Just somewhere to sleep until caravan opened. Comfortable bed. Didnt have or get offered breakfast or bar as too early in the season. Would stay again.

Excellent place to stay

This hotel was excellent. The couple who owned it would do anything for you. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good and well cooked. They would make exactly what you wanted. Couldn't fault this hotel

Met the owner (didnt catch his name). Lovely bloke, very homeley feel. Didnt have breakfast due to early start unfortunately. Ide happily stay here again, it felt like i was staying at my grandparents, and i mean that in a cery nice and endearing way.

Avoid at all costs

Horrible B&B owners moaned a kit not being told the room should have been a twin which our booking clearly said it should have been. No heating on room was col while stay….ironic on door it says no fires or heater! WELL TURN HEATING ON!!! shower would Scold u but also like a dripping tap no pressure at all, not clean tired and breakfast of basic no cereals or fruit and my glass for juice was cracked….we could not wait to leave!

3 Day Break

Very friendly couple, had all jobs to do as couldnt get any staff but its not them its everywhere in Skegness everyone needing staff. Did an overall great job of keeping everywhere clean and everyone happy, will certainly go back again.

Lovely people set in a great area, walkable from all the entertainment and snack stools and the beach. It’s out of the way from the busyness if that’s something you are looking for. Beautiful king sized room, with en-suite bathroom, very clean with all little touches of towels and bed presented nicely. Great free WIFI service and lots of options for breakfast, hot and cold food. Lovely Indian about 15minutes walk away, they seemed very busy so maybe book - SAFFRON INDIAN. Old fashioned fair ground which was great! My little sister loved it, tokens are needed to use the rides.
