The staff were excellent, helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location was spot on. When I first entered the room my first impression was it was small but as l unpacked there was plenty of room as the layout was very well thought out and cleverly designed. In all I had a brilliant stay and will definitely returning.

Great location.only downside was the Bathroom was tiny. No breakfast available but not a breakfast person anyway

Not enough electric sockets. Could do with an extension. People have a lot of rechargeable items including hearing aides & phone. The ESB port in the lamps arnt very satisfactory. The place could do with a revamp. Window blinds are worn, long mirror needs to be fastened to a wall. Needs decorating. Central location, can be noisy late into the night from people coming from the pubs. 2/3am .

Great location and value for money

Ideally located right next to the main area of Skegness for easy access to the beach, rides, bars and arcades. Overall nice and clean place with easy access via the key box. Room is basic but comfortable, shower was terrible, but that's the only thing that let it down really. For the price paid I would definitely stay again.
