Liz was extremely helpful, room was clean and tidy ideal for the overnight stay, fridge stocked with water and fresh milk, breakfast was really good variety of cold and cooked food, would definitly stay again

The owner was so lovely, kind, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were freshly made to order and were delicious. I would definitely recommend the Karema and would stay there again.

I have stayed at this property 3 times now and the service that Liz and Ian provide is excellent the rooms are clean and comfortable. Liz and Ian are very welcoming and friendly,the breakfast is excellent.I will be returning again this year.

Very enjoyable stay

We had a lovely stay here, the location in a quiet street is excellent, only a short walk to all the amusements and shops etc. Our rooms were spotless with everything we needed including bottles of water and fresh milk in the fridge. Delicious breakfast and lovely friendly hosts, thank you!

Booked a short break away for myself and had a lovely time. The room was very clean, had everything I needed including a comfortable bed. It was good to have a decent sized fridge in the room with fresh milk. Cooked breakfast was nice and filling. Liz was friendly and made me feel at home.

The sign of a good guest house is the towels and these were big, thick and white. The owner, Liz, was very approachable. The place was very clean. Could just do with a more up-to date colour scheme

Arrived friday at 3..unpacked..found a pair of Dirty boxers & 2 breast pads under the bed visuble not hidden, told landlady as soon as we unpacked, wasnt removed till saturday when we told her again...we gave the keys to the landlady as only 1 sett so she could remove them ..then we was left out of our room when arrived back at 11.45..so had to stay out with 1.45... even rang them up and left a message but no reply ..not even a sorry or i forgot from the B&B..

What I can say that lady who serving was really kind and nice. Condition of the room was really horrible. Wall paper going out from the wall, missing proper window to take a breath. All of the carpet smell a lot, frome front door till to the end inside a room. Mattres was so hard, pellow smell also. To much dust in a all of the lamps. Room was to small for family- to easly organise own self like dress up or open suit case. Shower also was so small hard to wash own self. In toilet missing brush for cleaning after own self. We are bit stuck for that two night. I can see that lady is so nice and that place can grow up with little bit attention to push up forward to life.
