Hi all On arrival check in was nice and quick,Staff very friendly and polite,Once I got my keys and was in my room I read the inventory there was a check list ,I went through it items where missing, I called the main Office, This took time only there for a day, Room was loverly size Kitchen need finishing off also Bathroom,But don’t let that put you off, Would stay there again,Great location.

Nice area nice place rooms were ok warm when we turned on heating rooms could do with bit more attention in areas but was ok for what we needed ideal place for couples who want to be in that area

xeptional apartment.cery clean.if we had one thing to sa y in complaint it would be to heavy duvet.but you are not the olly buisness with this problem. we hae noticed it i nmany appartments/guest houses/4/5star hotels are also guilyy of the same complaint.yes the appartment was exceptonal.we would hope to return at soome point but at 86yrs oldwe cannot sat for certain.

Room was a very good size with good facilities. Great location. The bathroom shower was not cleaned properly and had dried shampoo/ body wash on the inside of the shower walls and black silicone around parts of the shower tray. Easy things to resolve. The email address in the book to report problems no longer works and after checkout a different email address is provided. I did call the telephone number in the book but to reply or returned call. When the shower was used the apartment then had a strong drain odour. Few stains on the walls in the sitting area and on the sofa which was a little off putting. All the above are fairly easily rectified ! We have stated before which is why we went back. Hopefully they. A get the above resolved as it has great potential in a great location and a very good size apartment.

Great location in Skegness. Plenty of free parking in surrounding roads when we arrived the key was not in the lockbox however when we called they came round straight away with a key. The room is very basic. Mattress needs replacing springs in your back. The room and bathroom were clean however the crockery was dirty and cutlery had rust. Microwave was very old. Shower head needs replacing. Location was perfect and only £50 a night you get what you pay for. Not sure how it's getting the fabulous rating?

Had a knock on the door and a guy who couldn’t speak English very well was asking for me to fill information I’d already done online again. He wanted to take pictures of my driving. He also asked for my reservation number so I showed him my email, but that wasn’t what he wanted. The bedroom had one heater and was freezing. The internet didn’t work. Not a very good shower would only stay boiling hot.license
