Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
On arrival it was very evident the caravan had not been cleaned for some time. Full stinking bin, bathroom was disgusting. Caravan smelt rancid. I immediately took photos and sent to owner who refunded us £30 which apparently is the cost of the cleaner! Not the best start to a weekend away having to clean up other people’s mess. The caravan owner in front of ours was at my car door before I’d even turned the engine off telling me where I could and couldn’t park, she was very rude, clearly very precious about her space. After a 3 hour drive to get there it was such a disappointment.
