“El lugar en sentido contrario al centro de la cd, está alejado, de noche se ve muy tétrico y solo, el personal muy amable y educado. El cuarto limpio. La TV no encendía y al comentarles me cambiaron de cuarto en cuanto lo constataron. Desayuno bien. ”

“Era justo lo que necesitábamos. Estuvimos una noche "rápida" (llegamos a final de la tarde y salimos pronto a la mañana siguiente). Pero el hotel cumplió con lo que necesitábamos. El personal muy amable, nos recomendó un buen restaurante italiano bastante cerca (5 min. andando) que sin duda valió la pena. ”

“Staff were lovely. Check in was good. Although couldn’t book us in any earlier & we were attending an event which was a shame. But no huge issue. Parking superb Bathroom lovely. We stayed in Sariska room which is on the front of the building. Being a Saturday night stay - it was a tad noisey & nothing to do with the hotel. But some car with a loud exhaust drive up & down quite a lot during the early night. We closed the windows to block it out but then as we’ve had this hot weather the room...

“Well presented clean room on the ground floor with excellent facilities. Food and drink excellent. Staff were incredibly helpful with any queries, we felt like one of the family. I have never commented on any other survey before this, so must have have made a very big impression ! Thank you and congratulations to your staff Matt our stay with you was wonderful. Will recommend to friends without hesitation!”

“The pub is friendly with good food and staff. The separate block which houses the bedrooms looks boring but the bedrooms inside are incredibly beautiful. I enjoyed underfloor heating in the bathroom and the lovely views of the countryside. ”

“Wifi didn't work at my room at all, nice hotel with very good restaurant but nowadays good WIFI quality is a must, in a business trip very needed. Personally I found the mattress too soft.”

“Fácil check in. Muy buen desayuno. La habitación limpia, cómoda y buena calefacción. Agregaría acondicionador para el pelo. El costo del estacionamiento par mi debería ya estar incluido en el precio de la habitación. Solo me hospedé con mi esposo e hijo de 5 años por una noche. Cumplió ampliamente las expectativas. Volvería. ”

“Honestly could not fault this place at all. Staff very welcoming and attentive. If things were not available in your room they would be more than happy to help and provide eg. Iron and Iron Board. The breakfast was amazing and the fresh pastel del nata was even better than what I’ve had in Portugal! 10/10 recommend ”
