This huge hotel would have been state of the art in the 1990's but very little seems to have been spent on it since. The centrally controlled AC is utterly hopeless and the rooms are boiling. The shower head was filthy and clearly hadn't been descaled for years. The shower tray was grim. Several things didn't work properly. Breakfast distinctly average for a Turkish 4 star hotel. Some staff cheerfully did their best; others sermed to have given up completely. Best avoided

Good , I visited many other hotel in Sivas , But this one is better than others , the room is wide with good desk and good W.C My only comment is that the breakfast is the same everyday, No variety

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, ilgili ve çok yardımcıydı, iletişimleri mükemmeldi; sorunsuz, konforlu bir konaklama oldu. Şehir hakkında verdikleri değerli bilgiler de Sivas seyahatimi çok daha güzel ve verimli hale getirdi. Yalçın Bey’e yakın ilgisi için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Otelin konumu, gezip görülecek yerlerin ve Sivas yöresel lezzetleri sunan yerlerin büyük çoğunluğuna çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde; seyahatime büyük kolaylık sağladı. Kaldığım oda oldukça büyük ve temiz, yatağı konforluydu. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi… Sivas’a tekrar geldiğimde, tereddütsüz kalacağım tek yer.
