Lovely Han to stay in.

Room was lovely, breakfast was excellent. We had some issues accessing the parking offered by the hotel which led to some unpleasantness - the receptionist at the time misled us. The hotel did cover the cost of the mistake but it shouldn’t have happened. Wifi was below average.

The hotel is vin a very nice building. Our standard double room on 201 is very small. The toilet door can’t be opened fully because of the wash sink is on the way. Bed is comfy and breakfast is delicious

We were pleasantly surprised, we liked it. The hotel is housed in a restored historic building and all rooms are decorated in authentic style, brining amazing vibe. Delicious cuisine. Good hamam. Great location. We will definitely stay there again.

Like the location of this hotel although the breakfast was shocking, very poor & flies are allover the food but mr osman was helpful otherwise I don’t recommend to stay in this hotel.. cleaning rate is zero very dirty and smelly specially the bed and sheet smells very bad we had to leave our cloth behind because the smell sticks on it, one way communication with staff but they are ok as they changed our rooms but with no use all the rooms are with the same status.. my overall rate is 1 thats because of the location..

Wir haben 2x Übernachtungen getätigt 30.09. - 02.10.2025. Zunächst war ich von dem historischen Gebäude sehr beeindruckt, jedoch stolperte ich in der letzten Nacht über einen grossen, nicht fixierten dünnen Teppich im Zimmer, fiel zwischen dem Einzelbett und der Wand, knallte mit dem linken Arm auf den Kühlschrank und holte mir einen Knochenbruch an der Schulter. Ausser, dass mir ein Krankenwagen an der Rezeption bestellt wurde, kamen keinerlei Fragen oder eine Entschuldigung für die mangelnde Sicherheit im Zimmer - bis heute nicht! Leider habe ich in meinem Schmerz nicht detailliert genug nachgedacht, ich hätte sofort die Polizei zur Aufnahme des Falles einschalten müssen. Ob mir nun das Krankenhaus Bericht und Fotos ausreichen werden, werden wir sehen. Auch hatten wir am Abend in dem Hauseigenen Restaurant gegessen, mein Sohn ass den „Sivas Köfte“ und ab ca. 3 Uhr morgens bis zum Sonnenschein hat das Kind nur noch gebrochen (Beleg vorhanden!). Wir haben an diesem Abend nicht einmal ein Glas Wasser ausserhalb des Hauses getrunken. Das Sicherheitskonzept des Hauses ist unterste Schublade nicht fixierte Teppiche, merkwürdige etwa 3 cm hohe Doppelleisten zwischen Bad und Zimmer, ein nicht funktionierender Aufzug draußen an der Tür für Rollstühle und die Erscheinung eine Augenwischerei…!
