Amazing stay and amenities. Very accessible to the beach, actually privately accessible with our own umbrellas and sun beds. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beaches were amazing. Also, if you want to see other attractions, get a rental. I had a great massage. I recommend booking it in advance because sometimes it can get a little full. The only thing negative was the breakfast not having eggs to order. That would’ve been nice

A very nice stay in a charming location. Sitia has an excellent beach and a bustling waterfront just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is good and the staff are extremely obliging.

A wonderful hotel. Great staff. The location and grounds are lovely. Pools are so perfectly maintained with plenty of sun chairs. We used the fitness center, which you can reserve. It has everything you need for a good workout. Seafront restaurants are a short walk away. The Cretan House was our favorite. Right on the harbor with impressive food. Also liked the easy parking. If you drive in Crete you know what that means. Our 4 night stay was a highlight of our 6 week trip around Crete. Highly recommend.

Lovely welcome, polite staff. We had a room upgrade to a sea view which was nice. Breakfast was plentiful but as it was end of season the bread rolls and croissants were very dry. The fruit had swarms of fruit flies so we decided not to bother, but there were other options. The pool area looked nice and clean with lots of seating options. It was very quiet, possibly we were there on their last open weekend, not sure. Sound proofing wasn’t good In the bedroom, we could hear a man talking loudly either in the next room or in the corridor around midnight. I’m sure that in the height of the season it is a very different experience. Having said that the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We don’t think it merits the 5* rating.

Great location, friendly staff, very nice hotel. Three tho gs that could be improved. - workout machines in the gym are way outdated for a 5 star hotel - seems that the floors in the rooms do not get sweeped very often. There are piles of dust and dirt, especially in the corners - very difficult for vegetarians to find enough to eat at the buffet besides just same salads every day.

We stayed at the Sitia Beach Resort & Spa, which is still advertised as a five-star hotel – maybe it was 15 years ago, but not anymore. The entire complex feels outdated and in need of renovation. We had booked a Maisonette room, but it was dark and located directly by the main pool. It was impossible to open the windows for light or fresh air because of the constant noise and lack of privacy. We asked to change rooms and moved to the main building, which was slightly better, but the bathroom was so tiny that there was no space to put any personal items. We had booked with breakfast, but the food was a major disappointment: mostly industrial, frozen products simply warmed up by the kitchen – far from what you’d expect from a hotel in this category. Overall, we left one day earlier than planned, disappointed and relieved to go home. Definitely not worth the five stars or the price.

Wir waren nur für eine Übergangsnacht im Hotel, die teilweise negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Halb- oder Vollpension kann ich nicht beurteilen, wir haben einmal gefrühstückt und es war alles vorhanden. Sehr nettes Personal. Der Aperol Spritz und Gin Tonic wurde entsprechend zubereitet, kein Fertigzeug. Anstatt die Klimaanlage zu nutzen haben wir zum Garten/ Parkplatz hin die Terassentür offen gelassen, bedingt dadurch war es schon mal etwas lauter, Reisebus, Katzen usw. Wellness habe ich auch nicht in Anspruch genommen. Mich persönlich hat eher Sita enttäuscht. Das ist die Gegend und Stadt rund um Agios Nikolaos wesentlich schöner und attraktiver.

Hôtel très bien situé avec de belles prestations, grande piscine... bel environnement, à deux pas de la plage avec transats. La présence FRAM gâche la tranquillité et le bar de l'hôtel est trop bruyant. Manque de parasols autour de la piscine. C'était beaucoup mieux les années précédentes.

Positiv: Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das leckere und abwechslungsreiche Essen sowie das freundliche Personal. Wir haben uns stets wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen großen Fernseher, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Es wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir haben immer direkt am Hotel einen Parkplatz gefunden. Negativ: Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist auch für uns schlanke Menschen recht schmal. Bei Ankunft hatten wir ca. 30 Mücken im Zimmer. Da wurde wohl bei der Reinigung die Tür offen stehen gelassen. Es gab im Bad Handtuchhaken, aber leider keine Schlaufen an den Handtüchern. Fazit: Alles in allem hatten wir trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten einen super Aufenthalt in dem Hotel.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Hôtel 5 étoiles qui assure. On n'est pas déçu. De notre chambre une belle vue mer, de l'espace et une terrasse. On a juste à traverser la route pour être sur la plage. Des transats et des parasols sont dispo. On est à 5 mn à pied du petit port et de ses activités. L'hôtel dispose de plusieurs grandes piscines. Le petit déjeuner est royal. Rapport qualité prix c'est parfait.
