The apart-hotel was really good in terms of cleanliness, but we were not informed about parking and laundry, which we thought was included. Other than that, the area is very safe and there are many things to do and we had a great stay!

Party until 4:30am is not acceptable

This is about a stay we had in this property in May 2023. Getting the basics out of the way: standard of accommodation was okay - not amazing. It was clean, booking and access were fine. The negative: upstairs had a party from about midnight on Friday night until about 4:30am. Singing, shouting, crashing about, furniture being moved. It's not obvious when this sort of thing starts that it's going to go on all night and we didn't fancy confronting a large group of drunk people, so had a night with very broken sleep, which wiped out the next day. The same didn't happen on the second night because our Spanish friend contacted the owners and threatened them with the police. I've seen a similar review for this property and I know the owners will probably make excuses that it's not their fault, it's inconsiderate guests, but in my opinion they've created the problem. The property is in a block owned by the same company. This means that there are no permanent residents to complain and get issues like this stamped out; the sound proofing between flats is poor. it's not obvious what to do if this sort of thing happens; they haven't screened their guests well / have not warned them against parties. If you want to have a party or don't care about very noisy neighbours, then the flat is ok. If you don't want that then it's a gamble. Either way, find out the contact details and what you should do if there are any issues overnight.

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena,el bajo estaba muy bien acondicionado y todo muy moderno. Echamos en falta tener una tina para sacar la ropa de la lavadora y no tener que ponerla en la mesa de la terraza,tambiรฉn notamos en falta un cubo para la ropa sucia y de un escurreplatos. Pero son cosas que no enturbiaron nuestra estancia sin embargo lo que sรญ lo hizo fue el tremendo ruido que procedรญa de la calle,al ser el bajo se escuchaba todo y tambiรฉn a la gente que entraba en el piso de enfrente al nuestro. A las 8 de la maรฑana ya se oรญan carcajadas, entendemos que todos tenemos unos horarios pero madre mรญa,menudo ruido. Quitando estos puntos todo lo demรกs estaba genial y sin duda repetiremos pero no en el bajo,jajaja

Det finns inga avhรคngningsmรถjligheter sรฅ allt hamnar pรฅ golvet. Vore trevligt om lednigen lyssnar pรฅ smarta tips som skulle gรถra semestervistelsen lรคttare och mer "organiserad". Ytterligare en fรถrbรคttring skulle vara lite mer av porslin, glas, bestick etc sรฅ man slipper diska efter varje mรฅltid. Tror de flesta skulle uppskatta smarthet. Trรฅnga smala trappor utan hiss men annars finfina lรคgenheter.

Great experience in a nice quiet area

Great experience in a wonderful area of Sitges in quiet surroundings but still close to restaurants and night life. We stayed 5 grownups in the room and with a huge terrace. Definitely a place to go back some day.

Great location.

The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown restaurants, businesses and the beach. However, it is still isolated enough to give you a sense of being a local. The apartment itself was smaller than expected but it has all the necessary amenities. The views outside of the apartment were not nice, just because you look into the balconies and backyards that are not well kept.

Trevlig lรคgenhet som vi bodde 3 vuxna och ett barn i. 3:e vรฅningen utan hiss i smala trappor, lite jobbigt med allt bagage utan hiss. Nรฅgot hรฅrda sรคngar och lรฅngsmala kuddar som inte var bland de skรถnaste, fรถrbรคttringsomrรฅde. Badrummet bra, med stor dusch och bra avstรคllningsyta. Kรถket helt ok med stort bord. Den stora hรคrliga terassen var det bรคsta med lรคgenheten, solsรคngar och bord och stolar med sol nรคstan hela dagen. Borde funnits avhรคngningsmรถjlighet fรถr ytterklรคder, skor etc nรคr man kommer in i lรคgenheten, eftersom det inte finns hamnar jackor, skor o andra pinaler i soffan och runt och pรฅ matbordet. Vi var mycket nรถjda med lรคget endast ca 200 meter till stranden och strandpromenaden. Uthyraren svarar vรคldigt snabbt pรฅ alla frรฅgor vi hade under vรฅr vistelse. Vi var nรถjda.

The apartment was immaculate and has all the amenities you could need, really. It was incredibly humid during our stay. The only thing that would have been better is if there had been air conditioning in the bedrooms, even the main bedroom. There is one in the hallway so we had to leave our doors open all the time.

Sitges Apartment Group manages their buildings extremely well. The apartments are modern, spotless and well-located in Sitges. Providing a beach towel was an unusually nice touch and so convenient!! The bathrooms are very small but very nice. The beds are top quality. The air conditioning unit in the living room adequately cooled the bedrooms with the doors open. Highly, highly recommend! Superb communication and helpful.
