“The unit was clean, the lady on check in was very nice and friendly. It was perfect for a family and parking was shaded. The reliable hot water was a nice touch, WiFi strength was ok and although not adjacent to malls or national restaurants - it’s close enough to drive. Also very close to Tondaligan Beach and the Catholic Church. The minor caveat was they didn’t know I made a reservation but luckily the unit wasn’t reserved for someone else so we waited a bit for the unit to be readied. ”

“Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room. I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry”

“The Villa had no hot water running in the bathrooms, the fridge is not cooling, which spoiled our food, and we noticed roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. We contacted the office management who came to check the unit and we also emailed the office manager. While we were moved to another unit in the area the next day, we encountered more issues.
