Communication needs to be improved both prior and during the stay. The property is difficult to find using Google Maps. We rang the stated number but it took some time for someone to reply/answer. The keys to the room are inside your unlocked room meaning anyone could walk into your room and take the keys as the front door is always unlocked. No instructions are given how to lock or unlock the door, you have to WhatsApp the owner to find out. Photos after booking confirmation are misleading as it appears the Junior Suite has a balcony when this is not the case. The room was spacious and presentable, but not luxurious. There were lots of scuffed marks on the paintwork, no hooks in the bathroom for towels etc and no lamps in the area for the double bed. The wiring of the chandelier above the double bed looks suspiciously dodgy and there are limited plug sockets. Nonetheless, the double sofa bed was very comfy and there was no noise disturbance from the street outside. Prior notice regarding the city tax needs to be given before the morning of check out. I don’t have PayPal, so my son, his girlfriend and I had to try and make up the €4.50 required. If we had been told this after checking in, we could have ensured we had the correct amount.

I was very impressed by the management. They made the check-in process super easy. The property is in a historical district. Perfect location. Very clean. Great bed. I’ll be back, for sure.

Loved this unit and the separate space for our kids to sleep. The staff were so accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in so we could enjoy the area early. Everything is so walkable here. There was sound transfer through the windows (street noise in the morning) but no sound transfer between units. Some complimentary water bottles and snacks which we enjoyed.

Luxury Suite in Sirmione

My family and I (2 adults, 2 children aged 14 and 16) stayed in the suite in Sirmione for 2 nights. The property was easy to book and the staff, contactable via WhatsApp, were quick to respond and very helpful in arranging our parking/transport, check-in and check-out. The room comprised 2 queen sized beds in an open plan arrangement with a shower plonked in the middle of one. Although there is a privacy band around the shower, it wasn’t ideal for our family make-up or couples come to that - who would need to move to the other room to get true privacy. The shower was good but fired water all over the bathroom floor. This happened a lot as the floor edging strips were showing signs of wet rot. Also, the electrical socket adjacent to sink kept coming off the wall. Outside the bathroom, the top half of the door surround beneath the aircon was also mouldy. Although the room contained a safe, it was very small, half an IPad width, and it was bolted to the flimsy wardrobe shelf which was completely detachable. The room contains a fridge, which was a massive plus but the Prosecco flutes, coffee mugs and tea/coffee sachets weren’t commensurate with the number of people/length of stay. E.g, 3 flutes, 2 mugs, 2 waters and 2 coffee sachets. Finally there was no remote control for the second TV across from the second bed. In summary, I can see why it can be classed as luxury but ultimately I made a mistake booking this room for my family.

Extremely great location. Host was very communicative about time, arranging parking (Garif), and a little extension we needed on checkout time. Parking is extra 25 euro/day (12-12pm). Unit has AC only in the outside room (we were there at 90 degree day) but we were able to stay okay in the inside room as well.

Our 2-night stay at Luxury Suites Sirmione was absolutely perfect! The accommodation is ideally located downtown, just a short walk from all the wonderful attractions Sirmione has to offer. With two bathrooms, a comfortable bed, and a very responsive host, everything exceeded our expectations. We particularly enjoyed strolling through the charming streets both in the morning and at night before the crowds arrived. If you're looking for a great value escape in this beautiful town, I highly recommend Luxury Suites Sirmione. It truly made our visit memorable!

Disappointed

Nobody told me that this was not a hotel and there was no staff on site. Nobody told me there was no elevator in the building. Nobody told me that I would have to park my car far away and take a shuttle to the location. I suffered considerable confusion when I arrived in Sermione and I don't plan on ever going back there.

Luxury dove? Suites dove?
