The room was clean but since they’re remodeling it had tons of issues like the water in the shower didn’t went through, the tables were poorly mounted and placed so they fell off and kinda felt insecure. The air conditioning worked but the main problem is the energy source at location - is poor and sometimes it rebooted and was either Hot or too cold. Staff was comprehensive and excited about their renewals

Cuando llegamos no sabían de nuestra reservación. Nos gusto mucho la piscina. La fiesta del viernes estuvo muy alegre con música en vivo. Nuestra habitación con la minirefri nos ayudo mucho para las cosas de nuestra bebita. El desayuno incluido era huevo con frijoles, queso, crema, tortillas y fruta, que no estaba mal, pero al 2do día ya no tenían fruta y si queriamos pedir algo mas no había nada, ni licuados, ni yogurt, algo fresco para ese calor, estoy diciendo algo extra que hubiéramos pagado, pero no había nada y al preguntar la persona que nos atendió nos hablo muy pesado. Esa misma persona pesada cuando se le pidió jabón para la habitación contesta pésimamente.
