I didn't know smoking rooms still existed and was less expensive than all non-smoking options. Room was very large, 2 burner stove & full size refrigerator. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Coupled with affordable I know where I'm staying every time I visit Sioux Falls
The price was good, the cleanliness was better than other cheap hotels I've stayed in. My primary complaint was the slow internet speeds. There was also damage that had not been repaired from prior guests.

Disliked: Staff & service
No pots, pans, plates etc.. in kitchen. Room was surfaced clean, not side ig table or stains off the wall. I used a wet rag and they came off easily.
At night i looked sy the door and around top, botton and door jam on opening side i could se approximately an inch of light cominf trough the sides of the door. Door didn't clise right.
Booked a standard room. The furniture had scrapes and dings all over, one of the beds was broken, there was missing enamel in the tub so the black layer under was visible, and the kitchen was outdated. The front door was narrow as well as the getting a trolley to the elwvator. It is also near a mobile home storage facility and there were a few disables vehiclea arpund. Stayed at others in the chain but this was just not as well kept or updated.
Dead bugs in shower stains on couch
Big brown stain in middle of bed. Horrible experience. Would never stay there again

Disliked: Amenities
Not family friendly
Seemed like a temporary solution for homeless people who work the surrounding factories
Lots of mail on the check-in counter for residents who had subpoenas and owed child support
Stains all over the bedding and kitchenette had burn marks and chunks of laminate missing
Toilet seat had permanent marks and scratches, as well
The room smelled like wet dog and the bed was both hard and didnโt fit the frame. If looked like the cleaning lady did the best she could do but some clients are just nasty.
I was here for 7 days, no turn down service they told me i needed to bring down my dirty towels and they wpuld swap them for clean ones. Absolutely terrible accommodations
We booked our room on line. We got there about 10 pm. We were informed the hotel was full and we were out the money. The person behind the counter was very rude and made it feel like we were a bother
Maybe the worst hotel in the continental US. Cage for a front desk. Took 40 minutes to check in, room is totally bare bones and environment so gross i slept with my jeans on. Snelled like carpet deoderizor. No shampoo. People drinking and partying in the halls.
I enjoyed staying here it was clean and affordable. It came with a full size refrigerator and stove top also a kitchen sink. I liked that it was close to the highway and easy to find. The only thing I didn't like is it was just a full size bed and with 2 people it was a bit small. It would of been much better stay if it was a queen.
Terrible place. Not a hotel. This place is setup for road workers. Lots of people every day outside of every exit and entry door drinking until 12am and smoking. Not good for families or wives with a group of 5 drunk men.The hotel is setup to scam you out of every dollar. There are requirements 24hrs ahead of check out or they charge you..there is absolutely nothing offered coffee, utensils, computer, nothing..even the toilet paper cost if you need extra. Don't get a single mark on the towels or they charge you.Internet is slow. You have to take your trash with you and clean your own room.. or they charge a cleaning fee. Housekeeping is 1 time every 7 days. You cannot refuse it or the gm will come in your room with you in your underwear and wife trying to hide under the sheets to inspect your room at 9am!after you have told them that you work nights They get frustrated very easy If you complain he just sight's policy and then will run thru the office and hotel after you and tell you if you don't like it you can leave without a refund for days you already paid for. Unbelievable. This is the worst hotel experience ever.. and I live in a third world country half of every year. They are scammers. The gm is try to maximize profits at the expense of the customers and take advantage.Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 20 somewhere else. I stay up the road now at a more expensive place when I'm in town every month..thank gosh.
We stayed only one night. The hotel was clean, room was clean, the other guests were friendly, we met a lot of people, but there was no front desk staff. It was basically closed, we had to call to get someone to come to the window (that was closed off by a metal gate). It was something I never experienced before without it being in the middle of the night. Overall, it was a nice, clean hotel and I would stay again.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Inexpensive, but not worth the money your spending
We stayed 2 nights. The room was clean. But the bed is basically a cot. It's a 3-4 inch mattress on a metal frame with slats for support. The pillows were terrible. Also super thin. Made it hard to sleep. The kitchen was very clean which I appreciated. People would congregate outside the hotel enterences and it was difficult to get inside. Then, even though you could hear the hotel staff behind the shut metal barricade that was the front desk, you had to call them on a phone and then slip them the keys under the barricade. It was a strange experience I wasn't expecting. I felt safe, but I probably won't stay there again.
Did not get a room. Hotel did not honor my Orbitz reservation said they were no rooms available once I arrived. They were not concerned what I did or where we went from there.
