Vacations Close To Sioux Falls Convention Center

The room was clean (barely) and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and surfaces were clean. Doors were grubby and walls were patched but not painted (white patches on bright blue walls so really obvious). Literally everything else was a wreck - trash, overturned garbage can next to our room, closed down pool, weedy all around. Just don’t look at anything while getting to your room.

Great staff - very easy check in- happy with all aspects of this property.

Best part was the bed very comfortable the room needs serious upgrade and cleaning dust on the ac unit and wall lights that have never been cleaned parking was fine can not go by the pictures on line

The exterior of the motel needs maintenance. Tall weeds growing through the landscape rocks, old furniture lying by the exterior wall of the motel. outer shed piled with discarded motel items and old bicycles.

While the desk clerk was friendly & helpful, the condition of this hotel was very poor & run down. The beds/room were tolerable ( tho one bedspread had a cigarette hole & bleach stain), but hallways smelled of smoke & carpet baseboard was falling off the walls. Door also only shut securely when deadbolt was in place. "Breakfast" consisted of one container of Raisin bran cereal w milk in the fridge and bread for toast w PB & jelly. I try not to be highly critical & go with the flow being its just a stop on the way traveling, but this building was just sad.

Everything you need, close to the city. Comfortable bed and hot shower with good pressure

Front desk was exceptionally efficient and friendly. Only issue I saw would be that the property needs a new paint job.
