This hotel was just what I needed when extending our trip due to my husband’s skiing accident. It was quiet, safe, clean, and close enough to walk to the hospital. The staff was kind, helpful, and did all they could to ease some of the stresses I had. Thank you!

My suite was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a big balcony. The bathroom was kinda small and very basic. There's no air conditioning at this property; they provide fans, though. The room is advertised as having a mountain view, which is sort of true. I would have preferred a room with views over the castle and fortress, which I could glimpse from the end of the balcony. All in all, it's good value for money. Nothing spectacular, just adequate. The only real con: There's no peephole and no dead bolt on the door, just a regular lock. As a woman traveling alone, this didn't make me feel very safe.

Big junior suite, very comfortable for family of four at a good price for the region. Staff set up pack and play for toddler. Room had lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. Dans l'ensemble, le séjour s'est très bien passé, j'ai enlevé une étoile en raison du lit qui était un peu mou et un peu de bruit tôt le matin, certainement des clients peu soucieux de faire attention. Le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre agréable et le petit plus que nous avons apprécié la musique en fond sonore dans les couloirs. L'hôtel est à 8 min du centre-ville, au calme.
