My room had stained sheets, stained carpets, and holes in the curtains. I asked at 6pm for housekeeping to change the stained sheets but was told they were gone for the day. I was also told that managers had all left and did not want to be bothered at home. Since no other rooms had been cleaned, I had to sleep on dirty...
